CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Jessie Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

 

Please choose your jewelry carefully.

 

However, if something is broken/faulty, we do accept return in exchange for a replacement or a Jessie Jewelry store credit that lasts up to 3 months from issue date. You will not receive or be reimbursed by refund/gift card for original or return on the shipping cost paid.

We do not provide refunds. Each of our products go through quality checks before being shipped out, so this is most likely not going to happen.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS

You may return eligible Jessie Jewelry items within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Do send us an email at shop@jessiejewelry.com with your order number, clear photos and video of damaged products and we will get back to you immediately. Your item will be inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to refuse your return if the item doesn’t get to us within 7 days of delivery date or if item has been worn / missing including packaging. Once we received the item back at our warehouse and checked its condition only then will a replacement be issued, or a refund will be processed in the form of a store credit that last up to 3 months from issued date.

 

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer and we do not provide return shipping labels. As a suggestion, return packages through traceable mail. A tracking no will be provided from the post office and should be kept safely as proof of return. It is a customer’s duty that all items make it back to our warehouse in a safe and timely manner to avoid being declined. If in any event, the package does not make it back to us, do not hesitate to contact the postal service you used for a follow up. Jessie Jewelry will not be responsible for lost packages.

 

Any returned items not received by Jessie Jewelry will not be issued a store credit or replacement.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO YOU?

When checking out, please make sure that your address is filled out correctly. If package is retuned because of this, you will be charged for your order to be mailed back to the appropriate address. All packages delivered are no longer our responsibility and no refunds will be issued.

 

If delivery was unsuccessful and the courier service returns your package to our warehouse, the customer will bear the cost for the unsuccessful delivery. This usually happens if an incorrect address is given. Please be sure to carefully fill out your address correctly before checking out to avoid this. You will be charged for your order to be mailed back to the appropriate address. All packages delivered are no longer our responsibility and no refunds will be issued.
