However, if something is broken/faulty, we do accept return in exchange for a replacement or a Jessie Jewelry store credit that lasts up to 3 months from issue date. You may return eligible Jessie Jewelry items within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Your item will be inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to refuse your return if the item doesn’t get to us within 7 days of delivery date or if item has been worn / missing including packaging. Once we received the item back at our warehouse and checked its condition only then will a replacement be issued, or a refund will be processed in the form of a store credit that last up to 3 months from issued date. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer and we do not provide return shipping labels. As a suggestion, return packages through traceable mail. A tracking no will be provided from the post office and should be kept safely as proof of return. It is a customer’s duty that all items make it back to our warehouse in a safe and timely manner to avoid being declined. If delivery was unsuccessful and the courier service returns your package to our warehouse, the customer will bear the cost for the unsuccessful delivery. This usually happens if an incorrect address is given. Please be sure to carefully fill out your address correctly before checking out to avoid this. You will be charged for your order to be mailed back to the appropriate address. All packages delivered are no longer our responsibility and no refunds will be issued.

Yes, our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver (the good stuff) and good for people with sensitive skin.

Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold plated over sterling silver. Gold vermeil usually last longer than other plated jewelries.

Sterling silver is made up of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent of other metals usually copper. Copper can cause sterling silver to tarnish over time when it interacts with moisture that is in the air, so the answer is YES, it can. However, tarnishing can be limited with proper care as stated on our care guide.

Yes you can, but it depends on the type of water. Washing your hands with plain water and soap on its own won’t harm your jewelry but you don’t want water or soap build up to get trapped in any nooks and crannies in your jewelry. Just be sure to dry it off as much as possible after. What is harmful to your jewelry is chlorine in pools that can dissolve the metal in your piece and the ocean as the sea salt will cause your jewelry piece to tarnish faster.


1) Clean your jewelry regularly with jewelry cleaning cloths.

2) Store your jewelry in a pouch, jewelry box or zip lock bag.

3) Avoid contact with water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, and lotions.

4) Remove jewelry when swimming, bathing, or showering. This can induce tarnishing.

5) As a good rule of thumb, put your jewelry on last after makeup, perfume etc. before leaving home and take it off first thing when you get home.

6) A simple way to keep your jewelry from tarnishing is by wearing it often. Believe it or not, your skin’s natural oils will help prevent the jewelry from tarnishing.

7) Anti-tarnish strip should be placed inside the zip lock bags, and they come in handy, preventing tarnishing.
